Initial consultation fee $220.00
Please note, the fee for an initial consultation does not include a review of a document prior to your appointment; it is only for the purposes of taking instructions and providing general advice.
As such, if you are seeking advice on a document that has already been prepared, an initial consultation may not be required. Please email a copy of the document to us at admin@ellerylegal.com.au after submission of your webform.
In the event we believe an initial consultation is not necessary prior to undertaking a review, we will contact you to provide a costs estimate for reviewing and advising on the document to avoid the avoid incurring unnecessary cost.
Please provide as much information as possible. This will assist us to prepare for your appointment. Fields which state “required” must be completed for the form to be submitted.
We know each and every person places a great deal of faith in us to assist with their legal matter and we are sincerely grateful you have considered using the services of our firm.
However, very occasionally we cannot assist with a matter as we have a conflict of interest or it is outside our areas of expertise. Once you have made your booking we will consider if we cannot assist with your appointment for any reason.
If we cannot, we will unfortunately need to cancel your appointment. You will receive notice of cancellation via email, in which case we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and and appreciate your understanding.
